Bitcoin Clubhouse, The Saga (Part 1)
Written by Finn Davidoff
What is Bitcoin Clubhouse? Most Bitcoiners don’t understand why anyone would want to use an app designed for the Hip Hop community in 2020; nevertheless, we found sources inside to provide insight.
The following will be a 10 part series into what Bitcoin Clubhouse is all about. We’ve partnered with Swan Bitcoin to uncover who the characters are behind the story. You’ll be surprised to learn who finds this app home. Some of your favorite influencers like Cory Klippsten, Terrence, Jimmy Song, American HODL, Junseth, and Bitcoin TINA have spend countless hours bantering with libertarians. The content is endless. Over 3 years of nonstop, 24/7 Bitcoin content.
The app is still active to this day. With thousands of daily listeners, tuning in to hear about Macro economic conditions, UTXO management, Politics, and How to properly cook a Ribeye.
If you’ve never heard of Clubhouse, let me do my best to explain. It’s like Twitter Spaces, but with less than 0.01% of users. It’s less glitchy and offers a much better experience. The infamous stage separates the mere plebs (the chat) from the iconic influencers. Moderator badges (commonly known as green beans) are distributed like Bitcoin nodes to trusted counterparties.
You may be asking yourself, “Why the fuck do I care?” That’s an excellent question. At the end of this saga, we hope to shine a little light on this niche community of highly regarded Bitcoiners.
